Seeking 2–4 additional board members with backgrounds in nonprofit governance, gaming industry, developer education, or finance. Prior board experience preferred but not required — mission alignment is the priority.

Background
Nonprofit Governance
Experience with 501(c)(3) operations, fiduciary responsibility, or nonprofit compliance. Familiarity with how boards actually function.

Gaming / Developer Education
Understanding of the game development industry, creator economy, or developer education landscape. Knows the problem we're solving.

Finance / Legal
CPA, attorney, or financial professional background. Helps navigate the 501(c)(3) finalization, public accountability, and long-term financial health.
