Built by someone who
refused to stop.
8 years. One person. No funding. No publisher. No backing.
The founder loved making games and couldn't find the infrastructure to support what he wanted to build. So he built it himself — while working a day job, self-funding every server, every product, every line of code.
The Foundation exists because that story shouldn't be as rare as it is. If you're building something with no resources — this is for you.

Anderson Gladney
Founder & President — AeThex Foundation Inc.
I started AeThex in 2017 because I loved making games. That's it. No grand strategy. No investor deck. Just someone who wanted to build things that mattered and kept showing up.
11 years on Roblox. 8 consecutive Roblox Developer Conferences. Uncredited contributor on a game with 3.2 billion visits. I've been in this ecosystem longer than most studios have existed.
I funded this with a day job. AeThex Foundation isn't a pitch — it's what 8 years of refusing to quit looks like.
- 11 years on Roblox — Board Finalist, Community Feedback Program
- 8 consecutive RDCs (2017–2025)
- Roblox Creator Showcase Las Vegas 2024 — signed for partnership agreements
- 3.2B-play game contributor (Frontlines, 2022–2025)
- Self-funded through 8 years, multiple ventures, co-led AeThex-ecosystem initiatives
§ 03 — OPERATING PRINCIPLES
What We Actually Believe
Three principles that govern every decision the Foundation makes.
▲ 01
Everything Public by Default.
We build in public because hiding things is how organizations lose trust. Every decision, every line of code — yielded to the community when it's ready. Knowledge compounds when you share it.
▲ 02
No Degree. No Vendor. No Lock-in.
GameForge is the first nonprofit game developer certification pipeline that isn't owned by an engine vendor. If you can build, you belong. Background and resources aren't the barrier anymore.
▲ 03
Built With You. Not For You.
Decisions get made in public, debated in public. This isn't a corporation handing down a roadmap — it's a community that has a voice, and it counts.

Runs on Stubbornness and Personal Savings.
No VC. No publisher. No ads. The founder has been
funding this out of pocket since 2017
while working a day job.
